Have you ever hired a graphic designer or a marcom manager with a great resume and a super interview and then wished you could type Command+Z (or Control+Z for you Windows users) to "undo" your choice? That’s why we came up with the "Test Drive" option. It's the closest thing to a real-world "undo" as you can get.

The Liaison Test Drive gives you the flexibility to evaluate a creative or marketing professional before you commit to hiring them as your full-time employee. Just as we do for permanent hires, Liaison recruits and screens suitable candidates for your consideration. Once the best candidate is selected, Liaison employs them and places them to work on-site at your office for a few weeks or months so you can see how they fit in your environment, with your team, and working on your creatrive or marketing projects.

Once you’re sure that they’re a good fit, you can hire them directly as your employee. And if they’re not a fit, we’ll assign someone else for you to "test drive" until you find the perfect person for the job.
