When you apply, your contact information, resume and portfolio are routed directly to the lead recruiter for that job. The recruiter will review your info and compare your background and experience to the other applicants. Based on the total pool of applicants - which is often quite large - we pick the creative and marketing professionals who we feel are the best match for the job. We then review those candidates with the hiring manager and conduct interviews with the finalists.
Not everyone will get an interview or a phone call to discuss their qualifications. We just dont have the bandwidth to discuss the job directly with every applicant. But whenever possible, we try to email feedback to every applicant so they can better position themselves for future opportunities.
Sometimes the timeline for filling a position can be quite long. A variety of factors beyond our control can influence the process. We do our best to communicate these delays to the finalist candidates, but its difficult for us to keep every applicant in the loop at all times.
We therefore encourage you to check in with us if you dont hear back from us about your application within two weeks. The contact information for doing so will be included on an automated email that you will receive when you apply.
Ultimately, if youre not selected for one of our creative or marketing jobs, please understand that it may not be a reflection of your skills or suitability. Its more likely that there was another candidate who was slightly more qualified, a slightly better match for the job.
