This senior level position will provide value and serve as a marketing partner to the client. Duties and responsibilities may include: - Participate in the development of annual strategic plans for clients; - Identify strategies and tactics that support Business, Brand and Customer goals; - Identify customer insights that drive behavior change; - Define target audience, key customer segments, and opportunities for differential treatment; - Defines business objectives of marketing programs; demonstrates understanding of economic impact of marketing programs; - Oversee the creation of program specific creative strategies, offer strategies, relationship strategies and testing strategies; - Articulate client brand attributes and incorporates within marketing recommendations and creative - Synthesizes past program experience into high-level results, lessons learned and case studies.
