Dave Claunch - President

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, David Claunch graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a BS in Computer Science. His background in electronic prepress and digital imaging served as the foundation of Claunch Consulting, the precursor to Liaison. Dave has written numerous articles and hardware/software reviews for Publish Magazine and other industry trade publications. He is also Past President of the Austin chapter of the American Advertising Federation (1999-2000), Past President of the Austin chapter of the Printing and Imaging Association (2001), and has served on the regional Board of Directors of the PIA Mid-America. In June of 2002, Dave was voted “Ad Man of the Year” by the Austin Advertising Federation and presented with their Silver Service Award. In 2009, Dave was given the “Volunteer of the Year Award” by the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and selected as “Citizen of the Year” by the Westlake Chamber of Commerce. His interests include volunteering for stuff and getting awards.
Molly Christie, PHR - Director of Recruiting

Working with all levels of the organization, Molly helps to facilitate and balance both business realities and the personal needs of Liaison's employees. She brings over ten years of human resources experience to the table. She began her career as a recruiter in search of highly skilled tech nerds. Prior to joining Liaison, she was a Human Resources Staffing Manager for CDI Corporation. When she finally realized that working with marcom and creative talent was the only way her love light would truly shine, she joined the Liaison family in 2003. Molly is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from UT. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources Management and is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management. Her interests include horses, mini donks and Led Zeppelin.
Mora Eis, PHR - Director of Human Resources

In her youth, Mora convinced her elementary school that she had written the opus “Let's Get Physical” by Olivia Newton John. This ability to channel her creative powers into persuasive mind control, coupled with over ten years of Human Resources experience, led her to the Liaison team. Mora graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI where she received a BA in Writing Intensive English and Elementary Education. After a short stint in teaching, a career change to recruiting and human resources was in order and she has found her niche in HR project management, recruiting and strategy development. Mora loves books, movies, traveling and spending time with her family.
Sam Arnold, PHR - Recruiter

Graduating from Kalamazoo College with BA in Political Science, Sam did the logical thing and went into a dual career of recruiting and music. Moving to Austin in 2001 from Grand Rapids Michigan, he hasn't had frostbite since. At Liaison, Sam blends his generalist recruiting background with his artistic mind to match the right jobs to the right creative professionals. He loves animals, maps, and eating strange things.
Jeff Borchman - Human Resources Associate

Hailing from the frozen tundra called Nebraska, a number of paths have led Jeff to Liaison. Originally coming to Austin “because of the way it smells”, Jeff spent his first years working as a Manager, Buyer, and Human Resource Assistant at Waterloo Records while pursuing a degree in Visual Communication Design and graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Jeff is our customer service expert, human resources assistant, and graphic designer for Team News, Liaison's e-newsletter to our employees. Jeff is also an accomplished drummist.
Amy Pedersen - Controller

Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance and Accounting and also holds a CPA certification. Amy joined Liaison in 2000 as Controller. She manages and operates the accounting department of Liaison, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, general ledger and reporting/forecasting. Amy has a beautiful baby, Lizzy, who sometimes hangs out with us at the office. In her spare time, Amy volunteers and fosters for animal rescue groups.
Mark Caddell - Director of Operations

Mark contributes to employee communications, training, processes improvements, and general Liaison operations. He is also always on the lookout for companies that might take advantage of Liaison's unique model for utilizing creative talent. Before joining Liaison, Mark received a B.A. degree from Baylor University in Communications and has worked on programs for IBM, Motorola, Computer Sciences Corporation, Silicon Integration Initiative, and the City of Austin. Mark has a wonderful wife, Karla, and two great sons, Dakota and Jax.

JP has extensive experience in creative strategy and development and is also an award-winning print designer, art director and graphic facilitator. She has been a college instructor and an experienced supervisor who has managed effective communications teams in Denver for years. JP combines her strategic, creative, teaching and supervisory experience to deliver stellar creative, advertising and marketing professionals to the Denver area business community.

Stacy finally figured things out and realized living in the North isn't all it's cracked up to be. Originally from Madison, WI, and moving to Austin from Iowa City, IA, she's ecstatic about the 90-plus-degree days and is looking forward to no more snowy winters! Graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in Psychology, she has spent the last few years working in recruiting and HR for an engineering consulting firm prior to joining Liaison. She enjoys dancing, spending time outside, travelling, and exploring new places.
